Sparta – Athens and vice versa
There is a regular bus connection between Sparta and Athens (3-3½ hours). The price of a single ticket is €17,60. On route the bus stops for about 10 minutes at the bus station of Corinth (Korinthos). The bus service is operated by the bus company of Lakonia (KTEL Lakonia), telephone 0030 27310-26441.

From Sparta to Xirokambi and vice versa (Monday – Saturday)
In the morning hours there is an hourly bus service between Sparta and Xirokambi. The rest of the day the service is less frequent. There are no buses on Sundays. The bus takes about 20 minutes and drives via the villages of Amykles, Anogeia and Potamia. Price of a single ticket is €1,40.

Athens bus routes to and from the Kifisou bus station
The main interurban bus station is located along Kifisou Avenue in Athens. Express bus X93 travels directly from the airport to the bus station and back (one hour).
Bus 51 takes you from Omonia in the centre of Athens in about 20 minutes to Kifisou bus station. It leaves from Menandrou street. From Omonio square head west on Ag. Konstandinou Avenue; Menandrou street is the 3rd street on your left.
