You can register for one of our workshops by filling an on-line booking form. After completing your registration, we will send you an e-mail for secure payment via PayPal.
Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a booking confirmation. Three to four weeks before the start of the workshop, you will receive details of your programme, travel and accommodation information for Xirokambi and the wider region. Unless specifically mentioned in a workshop programme, our workshops always go ahead, even with 1 or 2 participants. In case you are the only partcipant in a multi-day workshop, the programme can be slightly altered. For additional information on the workshop programmes, or payment and accommodation prior to your booking, please contact us by phone, e-mail or by using the contact form. Terms & Conditions In case you wish to cancel, we can offer you a place in another workshop of your choice, if available. We can refund only if your participation in the workshop has been filled by another person. In this case we transfer the full amount minus €60 for administration costs. All cancellations have to be submitted in writing as soon as known. In case we have to cancel one of our workshops, we will suggest a new date or offer you a place in another workshop. Nonetheless, you are entitled to a full refund if the new dates do not suit you.  Photothema is not responsible for any delays to your travel arrangements due to strikes, weather conditions or other causes, for accidents, for health problems or any damage or loss of your photo gear and other luggage while attending our workshop. We advise you to travel with a good and valid insurance. |
